After you sign up you are rewarded with one Sugar Cube for every dollar spent. Cash in your Sugar Cubes for money off your next purchase! This can even be redeemed on sale items as well. Pretty sweet, right?

It is as simple as registering an account with us. Once registered you can sign in and all purchases that you make will be rewarded to your account. You can sign up |HERE|

Once you have signed into your account, you will notice on every screen in the bottom left hand corner the "Redeem" button. Go ahead and click this and you'll be able to redeem your Sugar Cubes for a dollar amount coupon that can be used in your next purchase. It is important to note that once you've redeemed a coupon the full dollar amount must be used. This is not a gift card and therefore you cannot use any remaining dollar amounts after purchase.

Sugar Loft customers who have higher volume purchases on behalf of themselves or their clients (ie. designers, set designers, event planners, development firms, etc). All parter applications are on a case by case basis and require approval from Sugar Loft administrators.

Partners receive exclusive pricing on pieces.

Application process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days depending on the follow up requirements needed on each individual applicant.

Submit your price inquiry via your account dashboard. Simply log in and click the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner of your browser. If your account is approved for Partner pricing, you'll be able to view a link to submit your inquiry. We respond within 24 hours or less. Typically, much less.

Most in stock items ship within 5 to 10 business days. If one or all items in the order are backordered, it can take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Custom furniture typically takes 6 to 9 weeks.

We understand you're excited about getting your pieces, and therefore we use many couriers depending on when you need the pieces, where they are going, and how many of the pieces are needed. It's hard to pin point one exact courier as all our customers have different needs that we do our very best to cater to.

Tracking numbers become available on your account dashboard when the items are marked shipped. Most Ontario residents receiving items will be personally contacted for Live Tracking as Sugar Loft personally delivers pieces with this free limited beta service.
